I've been up since 4am. Please let me go back to sleep. I really want to release some of this fat in a few hours. A couple things that I did last night was eat my meal very late last night. I didn't eat dinner until 1030. I know I know, but I was very busy yesterday. I ate chicken breast and grilled banana peppers. I forgot to drink my chamomille tea before bed too. Whatever happens I'll be sure to keep ya posted.
