And they work. A fellow hcg'er gave me this info and I decided to share. This is P2 and P3 friendly with modifications. I have not tried this yet but I will if needed. I have tried the Fat Fast day while on P2 and I lost 1.2 lbs and I enjoyed it too.
P2 you eat mac nuts instead of a meal 1 oz each meal. On P3 i ate 1 1/2 - 2 oz each meal. and still drink all of your water.
Nut Day (P2 and P3)
- Eat only nuts throughout the day
- Concentrate on staying under 2500 (1200 on P2) calories for the day, using any mixture of nuts that you like.
- Try to eat your allotment for the day in small servings, like once an hour.
- This caloric measure is for 1 oz of raw nuts.
■Macadamia 1 ounce 200 calories
■Pecans 1 ounce 189 calories
■Walnuts 1 ounce 182 calories
■Brazilian Nuts 1 ounce 186 calories
■Hazel Nuts 1 ounce 179 calories
■Pine Nuts 1 ounce 179 calories
■Pistachios 1 ounce 164 calories
■Almonds 1 ounce 167 calories
■Peanuts 1 ounce 161 calories
■Cashews 1 ounce 163 calories
- Drink plenty of water.

I want to lose 70 pounds. My diet plan of choice is the hCG diet. Even with the possiblity of losing up to a pound a day I still struggle at times. My journey is not so pretty, but I'm determine to achieve my goal.

So the FDA has Struck Again...
I'm not really sure what to make of the new crack down on hCG. I'm not shocked though because many hcg'ers including myself were prepared for it. I have learned not to gripe and complain because it doesn't do ya any good, but I'm still puzzled by the FDA's statements. In a video posted on youtude the FDA's representative mentioned that there were no reports of incident with anyone using hhcg. Hmmmm, so why take it off the market. Yet and still Alli or whatever it is is still on the market, it's said to have caused liver damage, weight loss surgery is still premitted, phentermine is still legal. It just doesn't make sense to me, but oh well, WHAT can ya do. I'm just not so sure if the new hhcg is really gonna be effective now, especially with absolutely no hcg in it. The ingredients mimic hcg but it's not hcg. My advice now...Becareful with HHCG especially with the very low calorie diet. I'm not knocking anyone's hustle but it's the truth.

P2 Friendly Lemon Truffles
I ran across this recipe on YouTube. I have not tried these yet, but they sound so yummy I just had to post. When I get desperate on protocol I just might try these.
INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp lemon zest
Juice of one (1) lemon
1/2 cup "powdered" Truvia
1 cup Artisana Coconut Butter (slightly warmed and stirred well)
VARIATIONS: roll each truffle in a mixture of 1 part cocoa powder and powdered Truvia. -or- dip in partially thickened choco-D !

R? P2 D4
I released 1.2lbs with just 4 hrs sleep. I will take it!!! I got up an it seemed like I didn't pee a long time like I usually do when I have a release, so I assumed i hadn't lost a thang. Then 4 hours later after laying in bed hoping and pray for a release i went to pee again for 2 seconds. I was thinking , "here we go! it's gonna be 1 lb increase". I'm oh so glad that it wasn't. Sleep is very important on this protocol. I got a little carried away with the Tea yesterday, but that won't happen again.
I Can't Sleep!
I've been up since 4am. Please let me go back to sleep. I really want to release some of this fat in a few hours. A couple things that I did last night was eat my meal very late last night. I didn't eat dinner until 1030. I know I know, but I was very busy yesterday. I ate chicken breast and grilled banana peppers. I forgot to drink my chamomille tea before bed too. Whatever happens I'll be sure to keep ya posted.

Food is calling me...
Help!!!! Tell this food to stop talking to me.(talk about a food addict) Everytime I go in the kitchen voices come from my cupboards and fridge. lol My cupboards day, " Hello HCG lady, I have Pepperidge farm Chessman cookies in here. Come and get them, matter of fact, eat the whole bag so you can just get it out of your system." Then my Freezer says, "I have you favorite SUPERMAN icecream. Grab a cone and get some." Ugh, the struggles of fathood. ei-ei-i . Today I'm so hungry! I can't wait for this week to be over and done with. The first week is always the hardest.

The benefits of Tea/coffee on the hCG Protocol
Simply put...Tea/Coffee is your best friend on this diet. Why? Because there are a variety of flavors that can help curb your desire to cheat. There is jasmine, peach, rasberry, lemon, blueberry, apple & cinnomon. You can drink them hot or iced. You have them with stevia or without. I personally LOVE tea. I've always enjoyed drinking tea and I don't really need any sweetner. I find that tea is especially satisfying on this diet and it keeps me from getting bored. Right now I'm trying a new tea Chai Tea India spice. This tea is so good. A word of caution, be sure to read the labels of you flavored tea, many of them have sugars in them.
R(gazillion) P2 Day 2
Boy oh boy!!! The first few days to a week on this protocol is miserable. I had to fight hunger and control my frustrations yesterday and it wasn't easy. I'm snacker to my heart. I love chips, cookies, cake, candy, etc, those things actually brink me comfort so not having my crutch made me Oscar the grouch. On top of that TOM is in the building, ugh. I did well up until dinner time for my family. I made them salmon crouquette, rice, and peas. My son started to fan is mouth saying the salmon was spicy, so out of instinct I picked up the pattie and took a bite. And another bite. And another bite...there I'm done. I felt so gulity and disappointed in myself. I was hoping i didn't have to suffer for my mistake and guess what?!?! I didn't! I released 2.6 lbs this morning!!!!!! I can't help but wonder if another pound would have been in the works if it weren't for my cheating.

One Day at a Time
I'm not alcoholic nor am I a drug addict, but this round of hCG I'm gonna use this saying. My goal is to do a 40 day round. Day one starts today, VLCD 1. I've started and stop this day plenty of time on VLCD. WHY? Most of the time I would tell myself, "This will be Load Day 3" and never recover from it. Well today, I'm going to stick to plan. I did not gain any weight from my loading 2 days. I'm totally okay with that. Oh well, here we go folks...

Loading Day #2/How to load for hCG?
Ummmmm, What have I eaten so far?!?!?! Let's see... I've had mac nuts, bacon, hashbrowns with lots of butter, ice cream, gouda cheese and crackers, and fried cheese with hot peppers. And I'm NOT done yet!!!
One of the reasons I list what foods I'm eating on my load days is that sooo many people wonder what to eat on their load days. I've done load days before and focus all of my attention on foods I won't be able to eat while on P2, but most of everything was mostly carbs and not enough fat. Don't make this same mistake. Don't just focus on fast foods either. If you load correctly, you won't have the desire for the foods you can't have during p2. Focus on healthy fat mostly or simply follow an Atkins type diet for your two days of loading.

Load day #1
...Yes, I'm starting another round : ) I can't wait to get back on the only diet that works for me.
I was debating on if I should even load. I'm afraid of my scale again and I didn't want to see it go up any higher than what I am now although I know the benefits of a good load. So at about 4pm I decided to load and make it count. I had already had supermen icecream, so I may as well get something out of it. My goal during loading is to load on good fats(i guess). So far I've had tons of macamdamia nuts, I had a turkey sandwich with lots of mayo, chocolate whole milk, a big juice fattening new york strip with butter, and for snack I'll have gouda cheese and cracker and ice cream. Hmmmmmm hmmmmmmm.....I'm stuffed! Happy Loading Ya'll!!!

I HAD To...
Had to go in to my stash to mix for sublingual use. I ran out of drops. This is just as good, but it just takes more work and it needs to be refriderated. For those of you that may be wondering, I purchased my hCG from AllDayChemist.com. PLEASE BEWARE: Use a prepaid credit card when ordering, but other than that the ship pretty fast.
Fighting myself
Out of all the times I've tried hcg I've pretty much kept a log of my weight loss. Today though, I've noticed something that has startled me...I sabatoge myself when I get to this weight point. I've stop and started hCG again and again and when I get to 11lbs loss I for some reason start to cheat. Eleven pounds loss by no means is the end of my journey, but for one reason or another I become very relaxed, feeling as if a little cheat won't hurt. Today I'm determine to fight through this day and and continue to progress from this day foward. Even a little cheat is not worth the guilt. KeeP me in your thoughts this week because I'm determine to defeat the great sabotager, MYSELF.

Hi everyone! I wanted to post this in hopes of helping people to stablize in p3.
I read a post a month or so ago from a very reliable source in this group. She
said her patients all stablize within 3 days of taking bovine hypothalamus and
pancreaus (sp?) I was not able to stablize on my first p3. I had to do a steak
day every other day. So this time I took her advice. I went to my chiro and got
the pills. I purchased Pancreatrophin PMG and Hypothalamus PMG from Standard
Process. I have waited to make sure I really really stablized before I posted
this. It has been two weeks and NO steak days...I did not even go over on TOM. I
spent the first week of P3 in the Caribbean at an all inclusive resort....never
went over my 2 lbs. I hope this helps people out. I know it did for me. I am not
selling anything...just wanted to return the favor to this group. I now feel
like I can truly master this protocol!
