Nothing Like having an awesome support system.

I'm so thankful to have an AWESOME support system in my facebook fam. The support is tremendous! If it weren't for them I'd probably be eating something that I shouldn't right about now. Their tips and words of encouragement has me looking forward to see a release on the scale tomorrow, because I WILL make it through this day without cheating. It's much better and more personal than any WW meeting. If you are interested in finding support on facebook I would highly suggest getting the last name HCG.
